Vital.System.Process.System is a Vital.System.Process client which uses
builtin system() function internally.

FUNCTIONS Vital.System.Process.System-functions
Vital.System.Process.System.is_available()
is_available()
Always returns 1.
Vital.System.Process.System.is_supported()
is_supported({options})
Returns 0 if {options.timeout} is specified or {options.background}
is specified in Windows.
Vital.System.Process.System.shellescape()
shellescape({string})
Return shellescape {string} when {string} contains whitespaces in
Windows. It is equal to shellescape in Unix/Linux.
It is used internally to make a command line from argument list.
Vital.System.Process.System.execute()
execute({args}, {options})
Returns a result Dictionary which contains the following an extra
attribute.
"cmdline"
An actual cmdline string used to execute the process.
